Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using .NET Core, C#, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Modernize and optimize existing tech platforms to improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS).
- Ensure code quality through automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and advocate for best practices in software development.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM tools (Entity Framework, Dapper).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
