Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the product development roadmap, ensuring alignment with Oracle’s business objectives and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, UX, QA, marketing) to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Program Oversight: Monitor project timelines, budgets, and KPIs, implementing Agile/Scrum frameworks to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential roadblocks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, clients, and teams to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine development workflows, tools, and best practices to improve scalability and innovation.
- Team Development: Mentor and grow talent, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all programs adhere to Oracle’s standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years in program/product management, with at least 5 years leading cross-functional teams in a tech-driven environment.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire teams, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud computing, SaaS, or enterprise software (Oracle products a plus).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
