Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain core banking and wealth management software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial technology products
- Implement secure, scalable microservices architecture for financial applications
- Optimize system performance for high-volume transaction processing
- Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and security standards
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
- Stay current with emerging fintech trends and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, C#, or similar enterprise languages
- Experience with financial systems, banking software, or wealth management platforms
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of financial regulations (PSD2, GDPR, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
