Responsibility
- Architect and maintain highly scalable backend services and distributed systems.
- Lead the end-to-end development of fullstack features, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput to ensure a top-tier user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure reliability.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development with a strong backend focus.
- Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Java, Go, Node.js, or Python).
- Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
- Extensive knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Proven track record of deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
