Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement PLC-based automation systems for industrial equipment, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
- Program and configure SCADA/HMI systems to monitor and control industrial processes in real-time.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate automation solutions with existing machinery.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operation and compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize automation workflows to improve productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness for clients.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams on automation systems.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in industrial automation, including IoT, AI, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Document system architectures, code, and operational procedures for future reference and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
- Proficiency in SCADA/HMI development (e.g., Ignition, WinCC, FactoryTalk View).
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, OPC UA).
- Experience with automation scripting (Python, C++, or Structured Text) and version control systems (Git).
- Familiarity with industrial sensors, actuators, and motor control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
