Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
- Architect and optimize cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, analyze, and model large datasets for AI training.
- Implement scalable microservices and APIs to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by researching and evaluating emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, computer vision).
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of AI systems through rigorous testing and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in software development and AI ethics.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specializing in AI/ML or cloud technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
