Responsibility

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, peripheral, and system performance issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in active directory and other identity management systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy new technologies and upgrades across the organization.
  • Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the IT service management system.
  • Conduct user training sessions on software/hardware usage and best practices for IT security.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems and common business applications (e.g., Microsoft 365).
  • Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices).
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
