Responsibility
- Perform daily monitoring and maintenance of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues (connectivity, latency, hardware failures) in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement network upgrades, patches, and configurations as required.
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and resolutions for audit and compliance purposes.
- Assist in network capacity planning and recommend improvements to enhance scalability.
- Provide on-site and remote support to end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and best practices to safeguard network integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in network engineering, maintenance, or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networking.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or Huawei network devices (certifications like CCNA are a plus).
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across Bali as needed.
