Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning, Flows, Integrations) tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and maintain Salesforce orgs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security best practices.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, including data migration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and stakeholders on Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Salesforce environments, including debugging and performance tuning.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with SI and MNC clients to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or Architect) are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, or other middleware).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and governance (e.g., sharing rules, validation rules, workflows).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git, Copado).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to liaise with global teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
