Responsibility
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Automate testing processes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JIRA, Postman) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and verification of fixes.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to refine requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Perform regression, performance, and usability testing to validate system stability and user experience.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development workflow.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging QA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve testing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on web and mobile applications.
- Proven expertise in automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, TestNG, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ISTQB or other QA certifications are a plus.
