Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions to ensure high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize and refactor legacy code to improve efficiency, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to elevate team capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multiple systems and environments.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advocate for the adoption of new tools/technologies.
- Ensure robust testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies for reliable software delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, Spring, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems (Git).
