Responsibility
- Oversee and provide clinical supervision for the Tinkle Friend helpline and chatline services.
- Manage complex cases involving children and provide effective crisis intervention and emotional support.
- Design, develop, and update evidence-based resources and educational materials to support children's mental well-being.
- Conduct regular training sessions for volunteers and junior staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, schools, and community partners to enhance support networks for students.
- Monitor service data and provide analytical reports to leadership to drive continuous service improvement.
- Ensure all interventions comply with social work ethics, organizational policies, and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in child welfare, youth services, or a related clinical setting.
- Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- Proven ability to manage crisis situations and handle sensitive cases with emotional intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in content development and resource creation for child-centric platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
