Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Lead content planning, creation, and scheduling, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to keep our strategy innovative and effective.
- Manage influencer and partnership collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in our social media approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proven expertise in managing and growing organic social media channels, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
