Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to assess capacity, pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities across Bali’s retail and distribution channels.
- Develop and implement data-driven promotional campaigns tailored to regional consumer behavior and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align promotion strategies with inventory, budget, and business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotions using KPIs (e.g., sales lift, ROI, customer engagement) and adjust tactics as needed.
- Negotiate with vendors, retailers, and partners to secure cost-effective promotional agreements and co-marketing opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to innovate promotion strategies.
- Train and mentor regional teams on best practices for promotion execution and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, promotions, or retail sales, preferably in the FMCG, electronics, or retail sector.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful promotional campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and market research techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with internal teams, retailers, and external partners.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail landscape and consumer preferences is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
