Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote banking and financial products, with a focus on vehicle financing and refinancing.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve business objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage brand reputation and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and industry influencers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Indonesian.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in the Indonesian market, particularly in Bali, is highly desirable.
