Responsibility
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals and current digital trends.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (videos, graphics, blogs, social media posts) for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Edit and enhance visual content (photos, videos) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or CapCut.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community growth.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry leaders to identify content gaps and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven portfolio showcasing creative content (videos, graphics, written posts) across various platforms.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search and social discovery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
