Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize company websites and landing pages to improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers) tailored to the geosynthetics and construction industries.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, partners, and clients through LinkedIn, webinars, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities in the geosynthetic products sector.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and ensure ROI-positive spend.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, industrial, or technical sectors.
- Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Familiarity with geosynthetics, construction, or engineering industries is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
