Responsibility
- Create and curate engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos) aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent, high-quality output across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers to produce multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs) that resonates with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to optimize strategies.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and adapt content to leverage emerging platforms and viral opportunities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify audience preferences and tailor content accordingly.
- Assist in SEO optimization for digital content to improve visibility and organic reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh, original ideas.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search and social.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies for better performance.
