Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and social media strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Create and curate engaging, high-quality content for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Manage the brandâs online reputation, respond to customer inquiries, and foster a positive community around Glow FX Beauty.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs, ROI, and other metrics to demonstrate the impact of social media efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in brand management, social media strategy, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and brand growth.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid social advertising, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
