Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in Bali’s retail and distribution sectors.
- Develop and implement data-driven promotion programs tailored to regional needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning to evaluation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of promotions, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Manage relationships with retail partners and distributors to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
- Oversee pricing strategies and discounts to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Prepare regular reports on promotion effectiveness, ROI, and market feedback for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to innovate promotion strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in promotion management, trade marketing, or retail sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful promotional campaigns with measurable impact.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s retail market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
