Responsibility
- Lead and manage the SMT production line to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on SMT processes and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies related to safety and quality.
- Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new SMT technologies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using SMT-related software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Denpasar, Bali, or already based in the area.
