Responsibility
- Operate and monitor electrical control systems, PLCs, and instrumentation in a manufacturing environment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or instrumentation malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Calibrate and test instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize system performance.
- Maintain detailed logs of operations, maintenance, and repairs for compliance and auditing.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical and instrumentation systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical or instrumentation operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting tools.
- Certification in electrical safety (e.g., NFPA 70E) or instrumentation is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shift-based environments and under pressure.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
