Responsibility
- Analyze and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency and quality.
- Conduct time and motion studies to streamline operations and reduce cycle times.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all engineering activities.
- Provide training and support to production teams on new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization techniques.
