Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to optimize workflow.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across the construction site.
- Monitor and manage on-site material usage to minimize wastage and control project costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality meets company standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project management.
- Proactively identify potential on-site issues and implement effective corrective measures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in site supervision, preferably in commercial or residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and subcontractors.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction project management software.
