Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project execution, from planning to handover, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor on-site teams, including engineers, foremen, and laborers, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Schedule & Budget Control: Develop and monitor project schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce rigorous quality control protocols and conduct regular inspections to meet industry and client specifications.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and government agencies to ensure seamless project progression.
- Safety Compliance: Uphold strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, conducting risk assessments and mitigating hazards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present progress reports, financial statements, and technical documentation for senior management and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively, leveraging technical expertise and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven experience in construction project management or site engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), AutoCAD, and BIM tools. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, delegate tasks, and inspire high performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to negotiate, present, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local building codes, permits, and compliance requirements in Indonesia (or adaptability to learn).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to project optimization.
- Mobility: Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel to project sites as needed.
