Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for bridge and road construction, from planning to handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, government agencies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and project specifications.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety on-site, implementing corrective actions as needed to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and variance analyses to senior management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards in all project phases.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality resources.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture among project staff, subcontractors, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management within the infrastructure, road, or bridge construction sector.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (IDR 50B+ budget) on time and within scope.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Project) and BIM tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction regulations, permits, and tender processes.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Badung region) and travel to project sites as required.
