Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of curtain wall, façade, and structural glazing projects from inception to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design compliance and structural integrity.
- Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to adhere to Singapore BCA standards and international best practices.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular progress updates and addressing technical queries.
- Oversee procurement of materials (e.g., aluminium, glass, steel) and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
- Implement safety protocols and risk management strategies to mitigate on-site hazards.
- Leverage BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD tools for precise project visualization and clash detection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in façade/curtain wall project management, preferably in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial or high-rise projects (SGD 5M+ budget).
- Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, glass technologies, and structural sealant glazing (SSG).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes (BCA, SS CP 88) and international standards (ASTM, EN).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (fluent English required).
- Willingness to travel to Singapore for site visits (2–4 times/month) while based in Bali.
