Responsibility
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to coordinate project execution and resolve technical challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to engineering drawings and plans.
- Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety protocols.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks or delays to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably in the hospitality, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other engineering software for design and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
