Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow applications.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards for ServiceNow development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) or Developer (CAD).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
