Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design tailored HCM solutions.
- Provide expert-level guidance on Oracle HCM best practices, configuration, and customization to meet client needs.
- Oversee data migration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and internal teams on Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues in Oracle Fusion HCM environments.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM updates, patches, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of HCM initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven track record as a Lead Consultant or Functional Architect in at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM projects.
- Deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules such as Global HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management, and Recruiting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to work with global teams and clients.
- Oracle HCM certifications (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
