Responsibility
- Manage and update Shopify product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Assist with basic Shopify store customization and theme adjustments.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email or chat.
- Generate reports on sales, traffic, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and discounts.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in e-commerce support roles.
- Familiarity with Shopify platform (basic to intermediate level).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or SEO is a plus.
