Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-deployment support.
- Design, configure, and customize Dataverse, WMS, and MES modules to align with client business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose scalable, cost-effective ERP solutions.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Provide hands-on training and documentation to end-users, fostering adoption and self-sufficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and industry trends to recommend best practices.
- Work closely with development teams to extend functionality through customizations or integrations (e.g., Power Platform, Azure).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant or similar ERP role.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP implementations (analysis, configuration, testing, deployment).
- Expertise in Dataverse, WMS, and MES within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or retail).
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (e.g., MB-800, MB-820) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment with global teams.
