Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for academic and administrative systems.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable business solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless functionality.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems development, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and UML.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Certifications in CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
