Responsibility
- Act as the primary liaison between Business and IT teams to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of product, fund, and marketing initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to resolve bottlenecks and foster collaboration.
- Support the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and feasibility.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs before deployment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for product enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product development, project management, or business analysis, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, or software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
