Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, logistics, procurement, finance) to gather requirements and define business cases.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, and data models to support system enhancements.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of ERP, WMS, or other supply chain software solutions.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, lead time, cost savings) and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs with technical solutions.
- Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems or process changes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in supply chain digitalization (e.g., AI, IoT, blockchain) and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in supply chain or logistics.
- Proven expertise in process mapping (BPMN), SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or supply chain software (e.g., JDA, Manhattan Associates).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or CSCP are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup with occasional travel to regional offices (if required).
