Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure Support Services (ISS) teams to ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, server, and cloud infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and security.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure needs and recommend scalable solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for IT hardware, software, and support services.
- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to IT staff to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, CISSP) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing enterprise-level networks, servers, storage, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with IT security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
