Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the CIO and senior stakeholders to define system requirements, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver solutions on schedule and within scope.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and disaster recovery protocols are integrated into all implementations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for third-party software and services.
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT systems implementation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in enterprise software (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms) and infrastructure management.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or IT governance (ITIL, COBIT) are a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in remote or hybrid environments with global teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
