Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
- Oversee system integrations, data migrations, and customizations to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial management, supply chain, and operational workflows in D365 F&O.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Train and mentor end-users and IT teams on D365 F&O functionalities and processes.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data governance, and regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O features and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 3 years specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven track record of leading full-cycle ERP projects, from planning to go-live.
- Strong knowledge of financial modules, supply chain management, and business intelligence in D365 F&O.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience working in multinational or remote teams is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or work hybrid in Bali, Indonesia.
