Responsibility
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of semiconductor lithography and metrology equipment at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Provide on-site and remote training to client engineers and operators on equipment operation and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex system failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation for all interventions and upgrades.
- Support after-sales service, including warranty repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest semiconductor industry trends and equipment advancements to provide expert recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment service, preferably in lithography or metrology systems.
- Hands-on expertise with ASML, Nikon, Canon, or KLA-Tencor equipment is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Willingness to travel regionally or internationally as required (up to 30%).
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments, ISO standards, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
