Responsibility
- Lead and optimize maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability, availability, and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to ensure seamless production operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to align manufacturing processes with business goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all manufacturing activities.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff to build a high-performing team.
- Lead capital projects and equipment upgrades to support scalability and innovation in manufacturing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven expertise in equipment reliability, maintenance strategies, and process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, ERP systems, and other engineering tools.
