Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- Conduct site surveys, assess client requirements, and prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from planning to completion.
- Perform system calculations, including load assessments, airflow analysis, and energy efficiency evaluations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers, technicians, and clients as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/ACMV systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and HVAC design tools (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trace 700).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and obtain relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Ability to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided for qualified candidates).
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
