Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of data centre facilities, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to support infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices for facility management.
- Provide technical support and training to facility staff and contractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management, preferably in a data centre or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for data centre operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
