Are you a seasoned Site Supervisor with expertise in architectural and structural projects? A leading private advertiser in Bali, Indonesia is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee and direct daily site activities, ensuring projects are executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.
In this pivotal role, you will manage on-site operations, coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects, and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will drive project timelines, quality control, and team productivity in some of Bali’s most exciting construction and development projects.
Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, this position offers a competitive salary of $3,000 – $4,500 per month and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact architectural and structural ventures in a tropical paradise.
Responsibility
- Oversee and direct daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to architectural and structural plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and adherence to design specifications.
- Manage and resolve on-site issues, including material shortages, labor disputes, or technical challenges.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, including photos, measurements, and status updates to stakeholders.
- Supervise and mentor on-site staff, including foremen, laborers, and technical workers, to optimize productivity.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust schedules, budgets, and resource allocations as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, with a focus on architectural or structural projects.
- Proven track record of managing construction sites, including residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and other digital construction tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
