Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement advanced instrumentation systems for manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate instrumentation solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular calibration, testing, and maintenance of instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to instrumentation systems, minimizing downtime.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for instrumentation processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in instrumentation engineering.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI).
- Provide technical training and support to team members on instrumentation best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of sensors, transmitters, control valves, and calibration techniques.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and analytical tools (e.g., LabVIEW, MATLAB).
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and NEC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities in a multicultural environment.
