Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of efficient and scalable business processes.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop process solutions.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials.
- Monitor and measure process performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful process adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process design, business process management, or operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in the energy or utilities sector is advantageous.
