Responsibility
- Develop detailed structural and civil drawings for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
- Create and revise preliminary design layouts, ensuring alignment with engineering calculations and client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design intent and produce accurate technical drawings.
- Review and validate drawings for compliance with local building codes, standards (e.g., SNI, ACI), and project specifications.
- Manage drawing revisions and version control, maintaining a well-organized digital library of project files.
- Provide technical guidance to junior draftspersons and support team training on CAD best practices.
- Assist in site visits to verify as-built conditions and resolve discrepancies between drawings and field measurements.
- Optimize workflows by implementing CAD automation tools (e.g., scripts, dynamic blocks) to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Civil/Structural Draftsperson, with a portfolio showcasing complex residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); experience with Revit, Civil 3D, or BIM 360 is a plus.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, including load calculations, reinforcement detailing, and material specifications.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards (SNI) and international codes (e.g., ACI, Eurocode).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; certification in CAD is advantageous.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bali (relocation support may be provided for exceptional candidates).
