Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale ICT Systems Integration and AIoT initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
- Oversee the integration of AI and IoT technologies into existing systems, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing large-scale ICT or AIoT projects.
- Proven expertise in systems integration, AI, IoT, and cloud technologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and managing remote or distributed teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
