Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and calibration of production/industrial printers to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored technical support.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation for all interventions.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on equipment operation and best practices.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring readiness for service calls.
- Stay updated on the latest printer technologies, software updates, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in servicing, maintaining, or repairing industrial printers or similar high-tech equipment.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to equipment diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Familiarity with Konica Minolta products or similar industrial printing systems is a plus.
- Valid driverās license and ability to commute to client sites.
