Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead on-site service visits, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional service.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in HVAC technology and recommend innovations to enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, or installation.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and air handling units.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites across Bali.
- Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA, ASHRAE) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
