Join a leading Multinational Corporation (MNC) specializing in power protection solutions and critical electrical engineering services. As a Senior Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing High Voltage Power Systems, DRUPS (Diesel Rotary UPS), and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) infrastructure for high-profile clients across Bali.

Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week (Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM | Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM).
Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on High Voltage Power Systems, DRUPS, and UPS units to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct on-site inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for electrical faults, power quality issues, and system failures.
- Install, commission, and upgrade power protection systems in compliance with international safety and industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, technical reports, and service documentation for client deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design custom power solutions tailored to client requirements, including load balancing and redundancy planning.
- Provide emergency response support for critical power outages, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and client personnel on system operation, safety protocols, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies in power electronics, battery storage, and smart grid integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., HV switching, UPS/DCUPS) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in servicing High Voltage systems, DRUPS, or industrial UPS (e.g., ABB, Eaton, Schneider, Vertiv).
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, electrical schematics, and protective relay systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools (e.g., oscilloscopes, power analyzers, insulation testers) and software (e.g., ETAP, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with AWS (Automatic Voltage Stabilizers) and VB (Variable Frequency Drives) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.
- Valid electrical license (if applicable) and willingness to travel across Bali for on-site assignments.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
